Return Credit Policy
Should you want to return any of our products, please provide written notice by letter, email, or contact us by phone within 24 hours of placing your order and we will give you a credit toward a future product of equal value. This credit can be applied within 6 months of notification.

Credit Card Disputes
You must contact us first in the case of a credit card dispute so that we can resolve your issue. If you dispute a credit card charge with your credit card company without first contacting us to resolve, we reserve the right to charge a $20 fee to handle the dispute with your bank.
